Maciej Szyszka is the co-founder of AirFlow Performance and a trainer specialising in breathing techniques for footballers. He works with Lech Poznań, among others, where he successfully increases the players’ performance.
His proprietary method focuses on strengthening the diaphragm, improving chest mobility and increasing carbon dioxide (CO₂) tolerance. As a result, footballers recover faster, have greater endurance and make better use of oxygen during exercise.
